In no event will Leslie Jackson be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive, damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the services or the Website, however incurred, whether such liability is asserted on the basis of contract, tort (including negligence or strict liability), or otherwise, even if such party is advised of the possibility of such damages in advance.

5. You will not use any services provided by Leslie Jackson or this Website as a replacement for medical, legal, or financial advice, or as a substitute for seeking professional services of any kind. Leslie’s services are considered to be for entertainment purposes only.

7. Most sessions are recorded. By attending a private session, or a public event you consent to be video and/or audio recorded and photographed.

You agree that any decisions you make as a result of the information provided in these services are done so at your own risk and you, or any third party, will not hold Leslie Jackson, nor any of her affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns, liable in any way.

10. Guests are not permitted unless previously arranged with Leslie.

11. An audio recording will be made of your 1:1 or family reading and a digital file will be emailed to you. Sharing of any recording on any platform is prohibited without expressed written permission from Leslie Jackson.

12. Alcohol, or intoxicants, consumed prior to any reading, or during an in-home event, is discouraged. Leslie Jackson reserves the right to decline a reading to any participant who is deemed, by Leslie, to be impaired in judgement or behaviour. No refund will be issued and the reading will be forfeited.
